About the Event

IOOF Sonora's Adulting 101 program is a series of workshops aimed at providing youth age 15-19 years with skills they will need as they transition to adulthood.

The first workshop is Building Resiliency facilitated by Small Town Counseling. This workshop will focus on what resilience is and how to build it to prepare for the common struggles of young adulthood. Building Resilincy is integral to people of all ages, and especially for youth navigating the challenges that come with young adulthood. Financial incentives will be provided to participants at the end of the workshop, thus enrollment is limited. Be sure to register and save a seat ASAP!
