C.H. Burden Burial records 1890-1953
HEADSTONE
A stone grave marker placed at the head of a grave.  In most cases they have the deceased's name, and date of death inscribed on them.
GRAVE
A place of burial for a dead body, typically a hole dug in the ground and marked by a stone or mound
LR
Sonora IOOF Lodge Records 
MAP
A map created of the IOOF Cemetery in 1910. Names of people buried in the cemetery, or plots that were purchased, are hand written on the map.  
METAL MARKER
A metal marker is placed at the head of a grave.  In most cases they have the deceased's name, and date of death inscribed on them placed at the head of a grave. 
PLOT #
Number associated with the location in the cemetery
PLOT 
An area in a cemetery that is purchased to lay a body, or multiple bodies to rest in the ground.

Family name assigned to a plot
